Compensation Base+Commission
Location Smyrna, GA
Job Information

For a start-up, the road is hard but the prize is large

Someone in this role will work 11+ hour days and live off scraps with their heart raging and eyes glowing at the potential of pulling in new leads. To accomplish this, we primarily need someone incredible heart and passion. The candidate must (want to) wake up at 7am, sip Jet-A on their way to customer 1 and have lunch with customer 4 before closing the day along with at least 2 new clients (hopefully more, they should be averaging 5+ accounts per week) at around 6pm. As such, the position is more a lifestyle than a job.

No Fire-Breathing Management

Please understand that this is definitely not Glengarry Glen Ross, we would rather have people who demand personal success much more than our approval. This position is an opportunity to certainly grow professionally (consider how the G’s, FB’s and MS’s came to be). However, our current team is mostly engineers, less hunter/killers. We are in search of either Conan the Barbarian or at least David trying to slay Goliath.

In short, we need a hero

Champions will possess these traits:
  • Be able to approach the hottest girl at the ball. Seriously. No fear in walking into corp HQ and pitching a product. Ability to accept rejection many many times per day.
  • KNOW that hosted VoIP is the most superior possible system for our customers. So much so that others who do not follow Jesus are walking the path of darkness.
  • Can cross the canyon without a harness. Sometimes sales means sink or swim. We need someone who is comfortable taking the leap.

We can provide a modest base salary during migration to one that is commission-based. Candidates should live in the Atlanta Metro area and have at least a college education. Please see details about our company at www.telonium.com.
